  • “Movement is something I want to be part of my routine, period. I have never found a better program than MOVE because I don’t have to overthink anything; it’s all there for me, perfectly designed, ready to go, and in line with my goals.”

  • “These last 30 days have been really eye-opening for me. It’s shown me that I am capable and that even when things don’t go 100% as planned, I can work around my obstacles to get where I want to go.”

  • “The things that make us feel better are worth the time and effort.”

  • “I also realized how much I appreciate the LSF community. I’ve always had this mentality that ‘I can do things on my own’ – but I think I was confusing that with the feeling that if I needed other people, it meant that I didn’t really do it myself. The fact that I had a team on my side didn’t mean that I wasn’t the one making all that progress, it was still my own hard work.”
