Feeling stuck in your fitness routine or starting to feel unmotivated? Don’t worry, it happens.

And, the first step is being you are aware of it so you are already on track to getting  back on track + getting your momentum back! We are here to help!

5 Tips to Help you Find Your Motivation Again:

1. Mix Up Your Routine

Try switching things up by trying a new workout video in our MOVE app, going for a walk, or even just taking your MOVE workout outside for some fresh air & some Vitamin D.

2. Check in with Your Accountability Group

Checking in with your accountability group or close friends and family can help keep you motivated + stay accountable on this health and fitness journey. Share your struggles, goals, and successes with them. Let them help you stay on track when you’re feeling unmotivated.

3. Workout with a Girlfriend

Working out with a girlfriend or family can make your workouts more fun and you willing be more willing to get it done with someone there doing it with you. Schedule regular workout dates with a friend or family member to keep each other on track. Having them with you will help keep you accountable and motivated.

4. Long Distance LSF Babe

Even though most girls from the LSF community live in different cities, states, and countries, working out with a long distance LSF babe can provide you with a virtual workout buddy who can help keep you motivated and accountable. You can schedule a time to workout at the same time to make it more fun + motivate each other!

5. Set Small, Achievable Goals

Instead of focusing on a big, daunting goal, break it down into smaller, more achievable micro goals. Celebrate your progress along the way and use those small wins to keep you motivated and on track.

Reminder: It is normal to have ups and downs in your fitness journey. The important thing is to not give up when you start to lose a little motivation and momentum. Use these tips to help you get out of your fitness funk and back on track to reaching your goals.

You got this girlfriend!
