Instead, they are two mathematical points that align with where the Moon’s orbit crosses the Sun’s apparent path, or ecliptic.
In astrology, the lunar nodes are symbols of destiny, purpose, evolution, and soul growth. As they move in our cosmos, so does the direction of our collective evolution. Throughout these 18 months, Aquarius becomes our doorway into becoming while Leo brings closure to patterns and cycles that are ready to be released.
