Sunshine, good vibes, and a community that gets it. Our Manifest Your Metabolism event in Los Angeles was everything we love about HUM brought to life.
Our community gathered for a day designed to help you slow down, tune in, and give your metabolism a little extra love (in the most elevated, feel-good way possible). Think less “health lecture,” more wellness playground.

From the moment guests walked in, it was clear this wasn’t your average event. The space buzzed with intention-setting energy, starting with our manifestation dome, a dreamy escape where guests could pause, visualize their goals, and reconnect with themselves. Just outside, our manifestation wall filled up quickly with affirmations, goals, and a shared sense that something powerful happens when you put your intentions out into the world.

Of course, we kept things delicious. Our GLP-1 mocktails (featuring Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster) were a standout; refreshing, functional, and a little bit magical. Right next door, the matcha bar was serving up energizing blends that kept everyone glowing all day long.

And because we’re all about balance, guests could drift into deep relaxation during our sound bath sessions, a crowd favorite that brought a calm, grounding energy to the day. It was the perfect reminder that supporting your metabolism isn’t just about what you eat—it’s also about how you feel.

We also made space for real, personalized guidance. Our RD booth gave attendees the chance to connect one-on-one with HUM’s own Gaby Vaca-Flores, who answered questions, shared insights, and helped demystify metabolism in a way that felt approachable and empowering.

Throughout the event, guests explored some of our most-loved formulas, including Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster, Best of Berberine, and Dream Team Magnesium—each designed to support metabolism, digestion, and overall wellness from the inside out.
But what truly made the day special? The people. This community showed up curious, open, and ready to invest in themselves—and that energy was contagious.
Manifest Your Metabolism wasn’t about quick fixes or trends. It was about creating space to reconnect with your body, support it intentionally, and maybe even have a little fun along the way.
Because when you feel good, your metabolism follows.
