After indulging on vacay, it’s common to feel bloated and uncomfortable. But, we know how much that feeling sucks, so here are 3 quick and effective ways to debloat and get back on track! 

1. Move Your Body

Get your body moving with some simple exercises to help release trapped gas. Try heel taps (15-20 reps), alternating knee hugs (20 reps), bicycles (20 reps), hugs (10 reps), and child’s pose (30 seconds or more).

2. Poop Pounder

Get things moving with the Poop Pounder drink routine.

Start by drinking a mixture of warm water, apple cider vinegar.

Then, jug some celery juice with psyllium husk powder.
