Introducing our Toned Body Challenge!

What is the Toned Body Challenge?

Our Toned Body Challenge (TBC) is a 30 day challenge that kicks off on January 6th. This challenge is just 30 days to get toned, get stronger, gain confidence, feel good, and become totally unstoppable!!

What to expect:

  1. FREE 2 day detox to help reset after holidays
  2. 30 min daily workouts you can do at home
  3. Support & accountability from @lovesweatfitness + @teamlsf community
  4. New videos in @move + LIVE workouts & coaching with Katie
  5. Grand prize pack ($2k+)

All your daily workouts will be available in our MOVE app. 

Stay in the Loop:

Throughout the challenge, we’ll be sharing new videos, delicious recipes, and hosting live sessions on @lovesweatfitness. Make sure to post your “I’M IN” graphic and tag @lovesweatfitness & @teamlsf.

Accountability Groups

We strongly believe that Accountability Groups play a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout our challenges & we want to help you create them!

Here’s how to get into one:

  1. Comment on the @teamlsf post with a brief intro to yourself- name, where you’re from, your hobbies, & something you’d like to have in common with your group (new mom, recent graduate, etc.)
  2. Once the comments get flowing, YOU will take the initiative to respond to comments & ask women to form a group (don’t be shy, you got this)!
  3. Groups can be formed wherever you’d like – Facebook, Instagram DMs, group text, whatsapp, email chain, etc.
  4. Once you have a group, come up with a team name!
  5. Then elect one person in your group to fill out the submission form for a chance to win a prize for your WHOLE group! (must enter form by midnight on January 12th)
  6. Submission form (only fill out AFTER a group is formed) Each week of TBC we will be posting questions in our FB Group + IG to help you connect with one another & motivate each other!
